Organizing a PDF creates a new document. Digital signatures will no longer validate, and document-level features such as bookmarks, attachments or some interactive form behavior may not carry over.

How to organize PDF pages online

Rearrange pages visually without converting them to screenshots or lowering the original page quality.

3 simple steps
  1. Upload your PDFs

Select one or several PDF files. Page thumbnails are created locally in your browser so you can see what you are arranging.

  2. Reorder and edit

Drag pages into a new order. Rotate individual pages or mark unwanted pages for removal; removed pages can be restored before export.

  3. Create the new PDF

Click Organize PDF. The remaining pages are copied into one new file in the exact order shown on screen.

What you can do with Organize PDF

The tool is designed for practical page-level changes. It copies original PDF pages into a new document rather than turning every page into a JPEG image.

Reorder pages

Move pages by drag and drop, including pages from different PDFs, and export them in one combined sequence.

Rotate individual pages

Rotate any page in 90-degree steps. Existing page rotation is respected and your additional rotation is applied on export.

Remove and restore pages

Pages are first marked for removal instead of being immediately destroyed, giving you a chance to undo the action.

Keep page rendering quality

The export copies PDF pages directly. Unlike image-based rebuilding, this avoids deliberately rasterizing all page content.

Privacy and file handling

The selected PDF bytes are read by JavaScript in your browser. PDF.js creates page previews and pdf-lib copies the pages into the final file. This tool’s processing code does not send the selected PDF bytes to a conversion server.

Local processing

The PDF libraries are loaded from external CDNs, but the document processing happens in the browser. The tool does not intentionally save your PDF contents in browser storage.

Website services are separate

Advertising, analytics, consent tools and other website features can have their own network activity and privacy practices. Review your site’s privacy policy for those services.

Important limits before you organize a PDF

Page-level editing is not the same as preserving every document-level feature. A newly created PDF may not retain bookmarks, document attachments, portfolio structure, JavaScript actions, certification or a valid digital signature. Some complex forms and links can also behave differently after pages are copied.

Password-protected PDFs

This organizer does not ask for an opening password. If a PDF is encrypted, unlock an authorized copy first and then organize that copy.

Browser memory

The page and file limits reduce memory pressure, but very complex PDFs can still be demanding on a phone or low-memory device. A desktop browser may be more reliable for large documents.

Questions about organizing PDF pages

Can I reorder PDF pages online?

Yes. Upload one or more PDFs, then drag the page thumbnails into the order you want. The exported PDF follows the visible page order.

Can I combine pages from multiple PDFs?

Yes. You can add several PDF files and mix their pages in one sequence. The final download contains the pages that remain, in the order shown.

Does organizing reduce PDF quality?

The export copies PDF pages rather than intentionally converting every page to a JPEG image, so normal page content is not deliberately rasterized. However, the new document can differ from the original in document-level features.

Can I undo a deleted page?

Yes. Delete is a soft action in the preview. A removed page remains available until export and can be restored individually or with Restore removed.

Are my PDFs uploaded to a conversion server?

This tool’s PDF processing runs in your browser. The libraries are loaded from external CDNs, while the selected document bytes are used locally by the processing code. Website advertising and analytics are separate services.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

Not directly in this organizer. If the PDF is encrypted, first create an authorized unlocked copy with the correct password, then organize that copy.

What happens to digital signatures and bookmarks?

Organizing creates a new PDF, so digital signatures will not remain valid. Bookmarks, attachments and other document-level structures may not be preserved by page copying.

What file limits apply?

Each input file can be up to 25 MB, combined input is limited to 50 MB, and the organizer accepts up to 100 loaded pages. Some complex files can still require more memory than a browser or mobile device can provide.
